Origin: The vineyard is situated in the territory of the town of Torano Nuovo, 240 metres above
sea level.

Subsoil composition: Quite loose soil, with small quantities of clays.

Grape varieties: Organic grapes, Trebbiano 90% Passerina 10%

Vineyard characteristics: The vineyard is grown in rows with 1666 plants per hectare, planting year 1979. Eastwards oriented.

Vintage and vinification: Grapes are picked, after careful selection, starting after the first ten days in October.
Grapes are stripped, pressed very gently, and the resulting must is left to ferment in thermoconditioned stainless steel tanks to maintain fermentation temperature between 18°C and 20°C.

Organoleptic characteristics: Colour: Straw-yellow with greenish reflections.

Aroma: Fruity, floral, delicate.

Flavour: Dry, fresh, with natural taste persistence with distinctive and sophisticated notes.

Gastronomy: Accompanies fish dishes, soups, starters, mushroom sauces, semi-hard cheese. Service temperature is essential and must be between 10-12° in order to exalt the aromas and the flavours featured by this bottle
